Quality concern on Pennco windows

I'm about to buy a home with Pennco windows and have become concerned based on negative comments and complaints I have seen regarding Pennco. Can anyone add anything to this? It's hard to tell if they are isolated problems or the product quality is really poor. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
