let me ask you this; does the fact that Gorell uses ppg stainless steel spacer hurt your sales of a gorell when going against soft-lite or the other big names?

No, not at all. I don't have Softlite competition since I am the Softlite Elements dealer in Chicagoland.
As far as the other big names I go up against... they pretty much all have Intercept.
I am a Softlite Elements dealer, a Schuco (Force V) dealer, a Sunrise dealer, a Gorell dealer, etc. These brands are all in my lineup to give my customers the best choice of options I can provide them with. If an option they have to have is only in a window with Intercept, that's fine. It's still a good spacer with a lifetime waranty.
