Amsco vs. Cascade

I am looking at replacing 18 windows and 1 patio door in a house to replace 20 year old double paned aluminum frame windows. I live in a fairly remote area and only have two choices of manufacturer.... Amsco or Cascade. The Cascade windows are significantly more expensive than the Amsco (about 30%). I am looking at double paned vinyl replacement windows. I've done a lot of research on the two but can't find any differences that really stand out. Can anyone recommend one brand over the other?
