Quaility Widow Replacement

I live in western Oklahoma, I need to replace my 32 year old alum windows. I have a quote from a company that sells alaskan vynl windows which I think is high 7000$ for 71hx71w single window,71hx71w single hung(2 windows side by side) 3 23wx71h window and a 94 1/2w x 71h single window.My question is is this a good quality window company and is there something better out their for lower the cost. any help would be much appreciated
