gorell bay window

I just received a quote for a gorell bay window- triple pane with 2 casements for $3000(95x65 window opening) I tried to ask questions about window package, but he didn't seem to know. He thought the U-factor was .24. The light lamps built in seemed neat. I will probably have to ask more questions about the glass package. Disclosure- not a window expert, but would guess the package would be energy master III from this link http://www.gorell.com/pages/glass_chart.htm. Would this seem reasonable for this window? I am also wondering about install. Something about foam wrap- I really don't understand the lingo? What are some other bay window extras I should be looking for?
