We are a replacement window manufacturer and we use an MTI glass cutting machine. The machine itself uses MTI software and AcuGlas software for optimization. Being that MTI is out of business, I am unable to go to the source for an answer to my question.
When cutting a piece of glass, at any "T" intersection the cut goes slightly beyond the intersection rather than stopping about 1/32" short. This leaves a small nick in the pane which is now a weak spot and leading to excessive breakage during IG assembly.
Does anyone know how to adjust this parameter in the machine???
Thanks,
Steve
