I am considering a Kohlteck Vinyl Replacement Window in Hartford CT. Models have names such as Supreme, Belmont. Any information or feedback about the quality and price would be appreciated. Can anyone compare these windows to the Certainteed Bryn Mar III or the Harvey Windows would be appreciated. I hav enot found either Kohlteck or Certainteed in your 100 best list. Thank you.
