Help Choosing a Vinyl Replacement Window in NC

I am new to the forum. I live in North Carolina and wish to replace my deteriorating MW Jefferson 100 double hung wood windows with a decent vinyl replacement window (Low-E, Argon Gas, 6+6 grid between the glass, tax credit). All 16 windows are under 101 UI in size. I will be doing the work myself. I have been looking at the Revere Berkshire Vinyl Replacement Window at $280 each and the Atrium 8300 Vinyl Replacement Window at $177 each. I would like to hear your opinions on these windows and to know if these prices are a good deal. I would also appreciate any other recommended Brands/Models under $300 a window.
