VPI Quality Windows vs Milgard Tuscany

I live in Vancouver WA and am looking at vinyl window replacement. Does anyone know anything about VPI Quality Windows out of Spokane WA? Their website and my potential supplier indicate they are built like a tank, strong and sturdy, but not all that pretty. My supplier prefers Milgard Tuscany for their looks. All help and comments are appreciated.
