I need help, please. ASAP. I have just been told that I need replacement windows, and want them installed by 12/31 to take advantage of the tax rebate. First, is it possible? Second, does anyone know anything about the S Climate Solutions Co. out of Chicago? I am being recommended their Neat Glass LoE2 272 glass .and Deceuneck vinyl. I live in Mn. I have crank out double windows. Thanks for any info you can provide.
