Kolbe Foundation Series

We are looking to add Kolbe Vinyl Windows to our stable of fine products. Specifically the foundation series to be used for new construction with homes with brick exteriors. Anyone with experience in using this product and anyone familiar with working with the manufacturer on service issues, etc.. is strongly encouraged to reply. The builder is currently using Capital single hungs and is looking at a window Owens' Corning puts there name on(believe they are a low end Simonton, possibly the 40-17 model). We are not getting good results for service issues from Milgard on there fiberglass as we are the farthest dealer and we are small, scared to offer them the 6217 series Milgard tilt single hung due to past and current company issues but I love their DP40 rating. Please advise. Thanks for your help.
