" The tilt-wash mechanism is a pain to use - the sashes pop off the cam & you have shards of plastic from the vinyl scraping the metal cam. I also had to use a screwdriver to adjust the cams in order to get the sashes back in." -mtnhiker, MA

"we built the house 22 years ago. after first year, the condensation was so bad i had to refinish the window. within the first 3 years i had to do it again. this time i used marine grade varnish. now the interior wood around two of the windows are rotten. the wooden base to 11 of 16 windows is also rotten" -Mike
